Is there any kind of fees associated in this contest?
No. The registrations are free and open for all categories of the contests:
I want to be an actress as well as singer. Can I apply in more than one category of the competition?
Any candidate interested to apply for more than one talent/craft, he or she is eligible to do so by making separate applications for each of the crafts. This is because the jury for each category is independent of the other Jeremy shall choose his Heroine and Taz will chose his singers.

Among so many major stars like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor, why would you like to give a chance to a new comer?
Cinema enjoys being the most desirable industry globally, an arena where vast talents come down to present their creativity. What lacks is the opportunity for them.

How can we know that it is not a junior role?
The role is a major and is opposite two leads of the movie, Veena Malik and Jeremy Marr Williams.

The contest Bold and Bindass wants the contestants to be bold. Does that mean it includes nudity?
Boldness is a way of life. Nudity is not the only form of boldness. Boldness reflects in your attitude, behaviour and action as well.

I am 17 years 11 months old as on 1st of January and I want to be an actress. Am I eligible to apply?
The rules of eligibility say that one must have completed 18 years of age as on 1st January 2013. Anyone and everyone would be shortlisted only after they meet the standard age criteria to become Jeremy’s HEROINE. There are no special privileges that can be provided to any particular contestants as that would be injustice to all others.

I have no professional training in singing but I really like singing a lot. Is it essential to have training in classical or modern forms of music?
What is most important for a singer is the quality of voice they have and the passion towards singing. Professional training is not a must. Feeling and enjoying what you sing is important.

I want to become an Item Dancer. But with my resources I have never been able to learn any Indian or Western dance style? How would I compete with all the professional dancers who have so much experience?
This opportunity is tailor made for people like you. Just your talent and your expressions are what matters here. So just be totally confident and showcase your best. You never know this might turn out as your wheel of fortune!

How will the judges make the selection from thousands of applicants? Is it going to be lucky draw?
The judges will regularly dedicate hours from their schedule to go through the profiles and performance of the contestants.

I am not an Indian citizen and want to participate in this contest. Please tell me what categories I can apply for and which ones are meant only for Indians?
The contest is open and equal for all eligible candidates. For any individual over the age of 18 years (as on 1st of January 2013) the respective categories can be Actor, Singer or Music Dj for men. For women the eligible categories are Actress, Singer, Item Dancer and Music DJ. The origin and background of the contestant is immaterial as long as they desire to passionately perform.

When shall i know the results of the contest?
April 2013.

Will I be provided accomodation and travel in case i win?
Yes. The final two contestants shall be provided travel and stay in Mumbai for the final selection. The one who wins shall be company’s guest in the city until the shooting ends.

I belong to a middle class family from a small town near Hyderabad? I cannot speak in Hindi comfortably nor am I well educated? What are my chances of winning when I have to compete with the whole world?
This contest is about your talent and faith in you. It has nothing to do with your financial background or languages known. There is no such criterion of qualification.

I am 19 year old girl from an orthodox and semi-conservative family. Though I’m highly interested in acting, I’m very scared about the rumours of casting couch.
In this contest we are maintaining complete transparency at each stage. Moreover the selection is made by the celebrities themselves in front of the public.

BOLD AND BINDASS FAQ’s

What is the difference between Bold and Bindass and Bollywood Hunt?
Bold and Bindass is a bold contest in which the entrants (men & women), are judged on their sightlines, elegance, talent, attitude and sexiness. Winners get selected as actors for prominent roles in the movie.
Whereas Bollywood hunt is a contest not only for actors, but also for singers, dancers and Music DJ. This chooses Main lead actors in the film alongside Veena Malik and Jeremy Williams, Main singers with Tazz, Main dancer with Longinus Fernandes, and a Music DJ.

Where will the contest be held?
This is an online contest and contestants’ profiles will be judged by the judges online.

When will the contest entries be started by?
Tentative dates are 15th March, 2013 – 15th April, 2013.
